GUILTY!!!!!!

After deliberating for 7 days, a jury today found Michael Osborn guilty of 2 counts of automobile theft, 2 counts of intent to defraud and 2 counts of check fraud. Michael was immediately taken into custody and held without bail, pending a sentencing hearing on July 21, 2010. He is expected to be sentenced to a term of up to 10 years in prison.

Hopefully, this will provide some comfort to the people he has hurt over the last 15 years.

Thank you George for this update I had a bad day today but this news made my year Let me know where he is in jail so I can go laugh at him. I still am out 1.8 million...................Anyone who was or still is involved with this little bastard I hope you all either are relieved or that you now see him as he really is.

Just googled this guy after serving on the jury for this case. Wasn't able to look his name up while serving but I can't tell you how pleased I am that we made the correct decision. We were presented with an unbelievable amount of evidence that depicted Osborn/Ison (or whatever his real name is) as a complete schiester and crook. Glad that we were able to make a right and just decision and I hope that he is brought to justice on whatever other scams he's involved in. Hope the sentences are the max allowable by law!

I was part of the jury and we were NOT allowed to do any outside research i.e. this web site. We had no idea that there were all these charges. We struggled with this, but in the end, I think we came to the right conclusion.

George, Being one of Mike's long ago investors, I would love for you to create some sort of poll on your website and blog that would allow folks to enter the amount they invested with Mike. I wonder how much the total amount really is... I think if enough investors were banded together they could keep him in jail for the rest of his life.

On a separate note, with as much information as you have provided regarding Mike's wife Shanney. I wonder if she may be some part of this... Just a thought.

Where else can we find more information? This is great news!

Outstanding job, George!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Mike, enjoy your new digs! And shanney, I hope you're reading this - you too should be locked up...the both of you are truly the epitome of low-class. The wheel certainly has done the circle! Nice!

There is a God!!! Finally justice is served. I pray he gets the maximum jail sentence. Poor Mike...... He won't be able to steal money from innocent people in a jail cell.....

How much time did he get?

Thanks for seeing this through George and for helping to get this f**king thieving scumbag cockroach put away...I only wish it was for MUCH longer a time. All the best and well done man!

Curious to find out what the sentence was, I came across your website. I was a juror on the car theft case. This guy is a total scumbag and I wish his sentence was longer! Can't believe it took two weeks of my life to convict this guy. So typical, it was one juror that held it up. The rest all knew how guilty he was...
